Cancellation and Return Policy

Photograph cancellation/return policy: Order fulfillment for John Michael Photography is provided by Pictage (http://www.pictage.com/). In the unlikely event that you are entirely unsatisfied with the quality of resulting photographs, Pictage will work on your behalf to ensure a FULL REFUND of the money charged through their P3 payment service. Note that payments directly to John Michael Photography are made outside of the Pictage P3 payment process and cannot be included in this Pictage-guaranteed amount. This satisfaction guarantee is available only to residents of the United States and Canada. Pictage processes all charges in U.S. dollars.

Wedding cancellation policy: Your $500 deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book the date previously reserved for you.

Portrait cancellation policy: Your $100 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your session.
